Non-negotiable booking terms
- 1A mandatory $100 deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is deducted from the total invoice.
- 2No deposit should be sent before being requested and approved by our team as part of a finalized booking. Any deposit sent without prior confirmation does not confirm the booking.
- 3If the client cancels, the deposit is refundable only if the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the event. Past that window, the deposit is non-refundable.
- 4The deposit can be paid in cash or by Interac e-transfer.
- 5The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, also in cash or by Interac e-transfer.
- 6Signing a contract is mandatory before the event.
- 7The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the client based on the value of the damaged or lost equipment.
- 8In case of unfavorable weather or cancellation on our side, the event may be rescheduled, fully refunded, or replaced by another agreed-upon solution between both parties.
